Integrated Power Services reviews

Our reviews do not happen when we are told that they will, and on top of that when we are given a review we are told we are not good enough try harder and maybe more can be given next time. Review were supposed to happen at 6 months however, some got them at 13 months thru 9 months everyone got the same review and was given the same reason for the review and raise to go with the review. We are told to be more efficient in our work, and yet we do multiple jobs at any given time to complete one task. However, we are slow, dumb, and do not know what we are doing. We are told that we must bring our own hand tools to work and yet are not given any extra pay for this, this it the only place that I have ever had to bring my own tools to do the job and not be compensated for doing so. If my tools break, I have to replace them! What the rating is for this job? We are not paid anywhere near it. If you last 6 months here, you already have quite a bit of knowledge being bounced around. Helping out other departments is something that is a necessity but no compensation for going in another areas. Multiple times for long periods of time to help out and still people wonder why you don't know everything in the department. You were hired to work in a little bit more understanding when it comes to things like that needs to exist, but we were hired to do a job so we should already know everything right.

I wish pay was a bit higher.
