Pros

Very knowledgeable technicians, everyone gets along. The benefits weren't bad, as well as the pay. Lots of work in house.

Cons

Very sneaky management. Will fire you for no reason or cause. Had to make up things to let you go. Believe i was let go because of cost reductions. Company more worried about their margins than the people you make them the money. They expanded to quickly and are firing people for no reason. Bad results.

Somewhat slow on pay raises and not very transparent on pay increases. Health insurance pricing is considerably high.

Awful Moral

Pros

Some great people who are all stuck in the same leaderless boat.

Cons

No bonuses. Endless organization changes and HIGH turnover everywhere both voluntary and layoffs. Focus is on selling company to next private equity buyer so company values are meaningless.
