Tense, unwelcoming, and intimidating work atmosphere

Pros

The salary was fair, and the added benefits were a welcome surprise. The friendly coworkers created a positive work environment.

Cons

The CEO was notorious for instigation breaches of company protocols and policies. This behavior created a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere in the workplace, and employees felt intimidated by the CEO's actions. The HR department was powerless to intervene, further resulting in a hostile work environment where bullying was commonplace.

Terrible moral a work environment. Leaders are poor and have bad management skills. Quality of work and product leaving shop is terrible.

Pros

Gain lots of experience on working on various types of equipment; other than it's better than not having a job at all, there are no other Pros.

Cons

Management is in it for themselves and could care less about the techs. Pay was reasonable starting out but raises have been frozen and are no longer competitive with similar jobs. This company also had the worst technical training & support infrastructure that I have even seen! Many technicians left the company and work with competitor.
