Being owned by an private equity causes focus on short term financial performance. Other aspects of an organization, like employee development, investment in continuous improvement, long term vision, and safety are secondary. Human Resource department is either ignorant of or powerless over the poor culture.

Strong company values of Integrity, Accountability and Entrepreneurial Spirit. The leadership team truly values employees that work hard and contribute to the success of the organization.

Cons

There aren't many to speak of and none worth mentioning here. The industrial service industry has its own inherent cons, but the value of customer and inter-company relationships that IPS brings more than makes up for the chaos that often comes out of the service business.
