Pros

Decent floor staff. They have a-lot of experience. But little to no new blood to take there place.

Cons

Low pay, benefits, high management and floor turnover. Weekly meetings are the same nothing new. (Heard the same thing for years.) Not very clean, bad indoor air quality due to chemicals and blaster.
