Mostly experienced and friendly coworkers.

Cons

No sense of priority or urgency. Average customer at best. Onboarding was terrible. Management lacks engagement. Growing company with a lot of growing pains without wanting to change.

I've really enjoyed my time at this company because of its strong entrepreneurial spirit, which encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving at every level. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement, and the focus on servant leadership creates a supportive and empowering environment. The fast-paced nature of the work keeps things exciting, and collaboration is truly valued here. Everyone is willing to pitch in and work together to achieve our goals. It’s a place where you feel like your contributions make an impact.

Cons

If you prefer a slower-paced, highly structured environment, this might not be the best fit. The fast pace and collaborative nature require adaptability and a proactive mindset.
