Our culture is not just words on paper it is truly is implemented from the top down. IPS has a drive to be the very best at everything that’s where I want to be!

Pros

Income and health benefits are good. We also do volunteer work as well.

Cons

Director will not allow to progress in the company. That person is very controlling, micromanage everything you do. That person is a crab in a bucket.
