Pros

IR is small enough that you can make a difference but punches above its weight. It has a global presence, offering the potential to move roles and relocate. This company has great potential and there are plenty of smart people within it. Minimal politics and a 'can do' culture makes it a great place to work.

Cons

If you have come for a very large company and expect everything to be done for you, you may be disappointed. .

Great place to learn and apply your software development skills

Pros

Good management, great colleagues and balanced work environment. Office culture is relaxed and flexible, with great opportunities to learn new technologies and get exposure to US and European markets.

Cons

While the office location in North Sydney is well placed near train and bus stations, I would have preferred to be located in the CBD, which offers much better options for lunch time activities.
