      Many team members have been with the company a long time and truly cared about the business and one another. Recently hired some really good talent

      Cons

      Toxic culture with a few managers and leaders at the center of it. Created siloes across teams and little trust. If you drive results, your job will be protected. Results first, people second

      I loved working for ISN. The management was super supportive and always available to help when needed.

      Cons

      New company dismantled ISN even though they promised they wouldn't. Not sure of how the new management is, but from what I'm told it has gone downhill.
