Here I feel heard and my input is valuable. • I’ve been with the company 10+ years and have had both personal and professional growth • My Job is challenging • I have more opportunities on my plate than I can manage • ISN is place were me and my team complete projects and reach our goals regularly.

Cons

We’ve had our ups and downs and have seen a lot of growth and new opportunities Our leadership team has changed 3 times during my career, but our current team seems tight and on point. To reach the next stage of growth, we’re going to have to make a lot of changes and embrace our opportunities.
