Pros

Great environment. Great co-workers. Lots of room for growth, if you're interested in it. But many people are content staying in the same position(s) for years.

Cons

Lack of communication between departments can be extremely frustrating at times! If you ask 10 different departments how something works, you'll get 10 entirely different answers.
