In my life I always prefer to think that I am a part of the solution when something goes wrong. And I feel the same thing about my work. Perfection doesn't exist. If I think that a specific subject should be addressed, I speak with the person who can be part of the solution also. And we find solutions to improve the situation.
ISN is a very active, dynamic company and the working and growing speed are very fast. We have to be able to express ourselves when we are unable to deliver the job because it becomes overwhelming. Too much work at the same time and short delays are difficult to manage. One of the challenge for the manager, directors, president and all other decision-makers of ISN is to take the time to hear what their employees say in order to find a solution to the situation.
Words are good to hear but the real solution is action. Until now, I have always been heard. And I wish it will continue the same way.
