flexible schedule. was easy to get the job

Cons

the office politics are through the roof. we keep getting promised all these things and it never gets done. keep getting told there is more training and it never happens so we just kind of wing it . we get told that the manager is too busy to help us and then they end up leaving early every chance they get.

Cons

Lacks good leadership in many areas. Training is poor. Too much sizzle, no substance. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.
