      Pros

      The culture makes it a great company to work for! A fast-paced, exciting environment with an unlimited income opportunity. I love what we do, and I appreciate and respect those I work with every day! I couldn't ask for a better work family!

      Cons

      It's a great opportunity, but it doesn't come easy! If you are willing to work hard (don't look for instant gratification), it does pay off!! That's the exciting part of this challenge.

      Pros

      Fantastic atmosphere light on micromanaging and heavy on positive energy from your coworkers and managers. I actually enjoy coming to work every day.

      Cons

      Job requires you to be on top of your game day in day out. Some love that challenge, some dread it.

      Pros

      Very flexible and understanding of personal lives, opportunity to make ridiculously good money if you both work extremely hard and have luck on your side, a family-type environment most of the time.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance, you are always on call and expected to be available. Nepotistic environment... if you find an in with management, expect to get treated extremely well. If not, don't expect to have a job for very long. Market is constantly fluctuating so you could be making thousands of dollars one week, get dropped by your customers for reasons out of your control the next week, and be making zero dollars. The market is currently in a huge downturn, and sales company wide are waaaay down. The owners and management are instituting policies that are actually worsening morale, instead of trying to boost it. A broker uprising is not far off.
