      Good sales training prepping you to work for a brokerage that pays better

      Cons

      They are constantly changing commission structure. They recently lowered payout again by 5% It is now 20%

      Logistic Express in Buchanan Michigan, These people are Awesome! to work for they treat you like a Truck Driver.

      Pros

      The DM never bother you or yelling over (your cell phone) at you.They treat you with respect.

      Cons

      You could stay with this Company until you RETIRE from trucking, but your wait time for loads will make you leave. You send your request for another load. The DM will respond they received your message and will contact you when they bid on another load. You may sit for some days, this no truck driver likes. Paycheck is low on paydays.This forces good driver's to seek other Companies for employment.
