      Came into this industry with no sales or industry experience With that said, This company and Management provides the proper tools and training to enable everyone to be successful.

      None - The company has doubled since last year. So, obviously doing a lot right.

      Great opportunity to make life changing money. Fun atmosphere, casual dress code No micromanagement

      Cons

      No micromanagement means it is up to you to create your success. Most people think they can handle this but many can not. If you are more interested in your cell phone than your desk phone you will not succeed.

      Pros

      Freedom to do what you were hired to do without being micro-managed! Management provides excellent guidance and pushes you to be better each day! Great atmosphere!

      Cons

      Not many cons...hire stress position and it's pretty much a 24/7 on call position BUT...that has nothing to do with the company itself. That's just the nature of the freight business.
