Pros
No Micro-Managing, you get what you put in, Management works with you and your schedule if you have kids or days off. Its pretty sweet gig. Work life is awesome 7-4pm
Cons
A lot of cold calling, takes awhile to make some money, but you have an hourly until you start your book of business which can take up to a year.
