      - Jamie and Lee are great people - Other people I sit around are fun - Abnormally positive atmosphere. Everyone here likes working here. No negativity

      Cons

      - Nothing about IEL but the industry is competitive

      Higher commissions than competitors and fun, laid back atmosphere. Sales goals are attainable. Managers are supportive.

      Cons

      High pressure - need to be efficient and direct on phone. Hard to manage work/life balance.
