Pros

The work you do at Integrity really helps the clients and you feel good about yourself.

Cons

Overworked for very low salaries. Staff tends to be selfish and overworked and its very hard to get anything from staff- forget about deadlines, you just won't get it. Used to be a family environment until upper management changes made the organization very money hungry. Gossip amongst staff and clients is very high and it becomes very hard to focus and not get caught up in it. There is no opportunity for growth.

Pros

At Integrity House employees learn how to manage a department on your own, which may include shortages, crisis, and people management.

Cons

The downside of working for Integrity mainly dealt with lack of support from senior staff, and not truly having a place to voice your issues. Because it is a small non-profit family like company the senior members were all old friends. There could be lack of support, or personal fear of gossip due to that issue alone.
