Pros

Rewarding, great team environment, regular trainings, appreciation from managers and supervisors, free clinical supervision for individuals in school, growth within the agency.

Cons

Very low scale, low appreciation from senior management, non-profit organization, loss of funding during financial hardships, do not care about the well being of counselors, over worked.

Pros

At Integrity House employees learn how to manage a department on your own, which may include shortages, crisis, and people management.

Cons

The downside of working for Integrity mainly dealt with lack of support from senior staff, and not truly having a place to voice your issues. Because it is a small non-profit family like company the senior members were all old friends. There could be lack of support, or personal fear of gossip due to that issue alone.
