Pros

For a non-profit the pay is decent and the benefits are good. Free Clincial Supervion, ans scholarships to NJPN to obtain (L)CADC. The Associate Directors and Directors of the programs work with their employees and assist in fosting career growth and goals.

Cons

No work life balance. Micromanagement from the administration is overbearing. Conducters of the MDTs dictate outcomes and their tone can come off a bit condescending. Clinical Supervison is all over the place because of the high turnover.
