Pros

I've been there for over 7 years (right out of college). Great people and benefits. Compensation is good. Lot's of work/life flexibility - i work from home 1 day a week and am able to take extended lunches or leave early so long as the work get's done; that being said, when it gets busy it GETS BUSY and you can expect to work very long hours.

Cons

Outsourcing/offshoring US jobs - moving jobs to Costa Rica, creating low moral for those who "survived" this round and/or who's jobs are currently being evaluated for offshoring. As others have said, tons of red tape.

Pros

Competitive Pay Cutting Edge Technology Stock Grants and good bonuses You are surrounded by talented, dedicated and intelligent co-workers. Good prospects for the company.

Cons

Rio Rancho Site has serious issues with its management at all levels. They have a large disconnect with their technical people. They feel the need to work them into the ground without recognizing their hard work. Risk Taking and independent thought are highly discouraged by the managment. Mode of work seems to be crisis based. Everything is a crisis or it is ignored. Most of the managers are technically incompetent.

Cutting edge technology, benefits, good people, pays well, cool office area, did I say great coworkers, nice laptops, travel to Ireland & Israel

Cons

advancement blocked, incompetent managers, ineffective human resource dept, performance reviews based on manager's personal opinion, triple documentation, short handed, small or no raises, New hires make more than people who have worked there 10 years.
