Pros

Everyone was warm and friendly and that's one of the few things I loved about InteliSure. Although the working condition wasn't that good, I still enjoyed working here because of my colleague.

Cons

I came here to work but I didn't stay for long because of the office politics. The management seemed to have too much time on their hands that they felt the need to make each employee felt insecure by having favoritism and fostering a culture of office politics.

I learned so many things here including not trusting the company you work for, and they may be the reason you'd fail.

Cons

This company is setting themselves up to failure. Instead of backing up their employees, they allow the clients to let us fall into their trap and don't help us out.

I had to admit that I learned a lot from my job and if only there's more opportunity to stay and grow my career here, I wouldn't have to leave.

Cons

It was a job with full of surprises that one day you'd be working for long hours on something and then the next day, you'd get fired without any warning. I couldn't afford to suddenly lose my job so I left the company and looked for a more secured job.
