The company is a very open environment in which everyone has access to upper management. It is a very enjoyable blend of a relaxed atmosphere and a very high-level achievement based professional environment. Advancement is based solely on merit, and the management and executive teams are dedicated to helping each employee reach their goals. The company rewards loyal and hard working employees with raises that average 10%-20% on an annual basis, and equity in the company thaty is granted through Restricted Stock Units to key contributors. The benefits are generous, and the company events include whitewater rafting, ski trips, paragliding, etc. all 100% covered by the company. Cons
BEW Global is not for everyone. People who prefer to work a predictable 40 hour work week generally struggle in this environment. The company has kept every promise it has ever made to me, but some people I have seen come and go became impatient and left before they could see the plans for rewarding employees come to fruition.
