Pros

covered parking ummm not much else besides the fact that I had an awesome team lead that cared about me. Keep in mind he was not a manager he was only the leader of our small team.

Cons

This place is very clicky. The manager pulled me aside to ask why I would not converse with the other employees. This really hurt my feelings. I always felt out of place here. Doing meaningless work for super low pay. We only were able to work part time so they did not have to pay us benefits. You do not get to work from home unless there is bad weather. No room for advancement here unless you stay for a year. As soon as I started, I was looking for a way out.

Pros

* Foot-in-the-door type company * Exposure to a lot of industries and their security practcies. * Great co-workers * Flexibility with work location (Remote or Office) * Free covered office parking

Cons

* Even top raise earners, fall behind offers to new hires in similar position. * Promotion process is not clearly defined - sometimes internal interviews; sometimes personal favorites are picked. * Staffing is at a bare-bones apporach. * Interdepartmental conflicts are the norm. * Training is not consistently handed out; more often after a fire alarm has been sounded.

Pros

The engineers are awesome and fun to work with. Flexibility with working from home as long as its in the Denver area. Good Data Protection program. Pay is good. Benefits are okay. Many opportunities to display improvements to the company process/procedures.

Cons

Absolutely toxic culture even after a “culture overhaul”. Single point of failures everywhere. Complete disfunctional cooperation between essential departments. Platform delivery mechanism is a joke. No coaching - serious management issues. Executive leadership is there to just collect a paycheck.
