Pros
InteliSecure is a dynamic and growing company. I started at the entry level and was given many opportunities to advance and grow in my career. I have been with InteliSecure through good times and bad and the company feels far more stable and positive than it has ever been. There have been quality of life and workplace challenges in the past, but the current leadership team has made great strides in improving those situations.
Cons
InteliSecure demands performance and some people do not fit here. It is not a good place for people who are looking for maximum reward for minimum effort

Pros
The view is spectacular from the SOC. There is a lot of information transfer between engineers and analysts and you never have to be afraid to talk to someone.
Cons
I started just under 2 years ago, and my initial experience was extremely positive. The culture was fantastic, I never needed to worry about my job security, they had plenty of fun events, I got lots of training, and they respected my off time. That all is changing. Management expects you to have an "ownership mentality" without actually giving you any "ownership"; it's just an excuse to expect you to stay later for the same pay. Pay is extremely low for the position --- like $30k/year low. They treat people like slaves and when you bring up an issue you can expect to be suddenly "laid off" with no warning. Even the CEO and senior members bailed ship a few months ago.
