      - Professional growth opportunities are made available regulary - Responsiveness of the HR Department - All equipment and software are provided to support the projects being worked on - Willingness to negotiate benefits packages - Ease with which various departments provide support - Open door policy of upper management - Willingness of the company to pursue new business

      - If one does not deal well with upper management interaction, the organization may be intimidating. CEO and COO are involved and do reach out to inquire.

      Do the math: 1. Stability 2. Security 3. Reliability 4. Opportunity 5. Culture I have been working at IntellecTechs full-time for over two years and this company practices all that it advertises. On the first day as an employee with IntellecTechs you will be giving the freedom to forge your own path and generate ideas to help contribute to the success of the company. You will always be pushed at IntellecTechs and there is never a dull moment. Everyone here works for the same goal and it makes you feel like you’re truly part of something big and that you’re making an impact. It all adds up!

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for, i have worked for IntellecTechs since 2014 and I have found it nothing but enjoyable. Jeri Prophet is an excellent lady to work for and anytime i have had even the smallest problem it has been taken care of almost immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone trying to get in to the IT industry for the first time or anyone looking to expand their IT knowledge and skills. This is truly one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working for.

      Cons

      This is not a big con about the company but, it is hard to get to know all the people within the company because it is based out of Virginia Beach, Va, and I live and work out of San Diego, Ca.
