Exiting, rewarding and full filling company to work for.
Pros
The atmosphere is pretty chill, laid back but still very productive. You work freely to get the job done accordingly. Coworkers are great and team oriented. The company boosts employee moral with outings, celebrations and company sports teams. The CEO is always willing to talk and help resolve work and not work related issue for employees, from buying preferred equipment for work to lending vehicles for personal use. The work itself varies greatly from moment to moment which is challenging and makes days go by quickly. The best part about the work is that everyone has the opportunity to create and implement solutions (with management's assistance), which to me is rewarding in many ways. I learned a lot at a rapid pace in this environment, which is the greatest pro of all in my opinion.
Cons
On call hours can be a little demanding but this is the nature of I.T.
