Business Outlook
Pros
Great learning environment and good team to work with. The CEO can be a little intense but was always fair. Good compensation and benefits. Didn't recognize how well that experience prepared be for bigger things until I moved on my new (current) job. I find myself saying repeatedly "Been there, done that!"
Cons
Can be a little stressed at times due to client expectations but anyone who's worked in IT for some time know to expect that. Didn't care for the on call hours though.
