Commercial IT team/staff were great to work with. A new president that is attempting to Change the culture.

Cons

They DO NOT recognize hard work. CEO is a bully as is her management team. Certain positions are not duly compensated. Company does not engage in any employee growth.

Hats off to the CEO Jeri. She is amazing to work for. Intellectechs is always there for you. Extremely helpful in the hiring process and during your employment. Everyone in the HR in Virginia Beach, VA are so helpful. Many Thanks and Best Regards for : Kathryn and Prisabell the Supreme Leads that are the go to people for the contract here in Austin. Your smashing, lady's. I have to say working for Intellectechs for the past year has been very enjoyable.*I highly recommend this Contractor if your going up for a job. It will be Family. :)
