      Pros

      Having experienced working for other companies, IntelliTrans is one of the better ones in the Logistics space. A major culture shift has happened since I joined and I definitely feel more connected to the company. Most co-workers are friendly, want you to succeed, and willing to help. The company is always trying to improve. Overall one of best logistics companies to work for in Central Arkansas.

      Cons

      No job is ever going to be perfect. Career and responsibility progression can be slow but improving.

      Toxic Leader and Culture

      Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401K, Work from home

      Cons

      Pay is below market and employees are overworked and underpaid. The leader is a bully who runs the company like "Big Brother". He micromanages his direct reports and in turn, his direct reports micromanage the people that report to them. The leader only cares about the bottom line and making a profit. Employees are not provided with adequate training or adequate resources to be successful in their roles. The systems and software are outdated. You will be stressed out and develop anxiety if you work for this company!!!
