      Pros

      Culture is friendly and collaborative. People have been willing to share and interested in my success. Positions are predominantly remote with flexibility to work hybrid, and company cares about work/life balance.

      Cons

      None to share at this point and hope not to have.

      Amazing

      Pros

      I love working for this company. The supervisors are all personable and kind, if there is a problem they address it immediately but they’re never too busy to encourage their reports. Upper management is busy but also take time for us. They really try, at least in the operations department- can’t speak on the others.

      Cons

      Sometimes they want people to get excited about bingo or other group activities completely irrelevant to the job, and they’ll ask you to join their “after hours” online teams meetings for small talk and chitchat.
