Pros

25 year old company that is an expert in their field and backed by Roper Technologies which is a great organization. Companies rely on IntelliTrans to bring them the most up to date industry trends and help drive costs out of their supply chain.

Cons

Trying to keep up with the fast paced growth can be challenging at times. Finding the right people to join the team is essential to keep up the momentum.

Pros

The company is now Transcore, but the Intellitrans environment remains. Good entry level/interim job.

Cons

Technology is not up to date. Most employees have been there for years and are resistant to alternate perspectives on how to resolve issues. This is not a place for young people to plant roots. Growth will require being on the right side of certain people and even then is not certain. ***ATTN FEMALE APPLICANTS*** The work environment is not friendly towards females. Make sure you are willing/able to work in an openly hostile environment.

Small company environment, even though owned by a large conglomerate.

Cons

There are essentially no processes in place. Support team are treated like second class citizens, at best.
