New rules are created every month surrounding a certain task which creates a lot of instability in the work process Managers only help so much and the rest of your knowledge will be learned piece by piece from different people and sometimes it isn't always the correct way of doing it Very easy to get left behind in this company with no redeeming actions. Once you're behind, you're very behind and everyone is looking at you to point a finger at Managers don't work normal hours, I have received emails at 2am regarding my work and on the same hand can't get a response for an urgent question during normal working hours. Comes across as unprofessional but if they're getting work done then it's none of my business.
