      Pros

      Legacy tech stack provides great work life balance.

      Cons

      Theyre hiring people as Invesco, while the entity separated more than 6 months ago. Leaves were not carried forward. Very bad treatment of pregnant employees and new mothers. Impossible to get WFH. Women leaders talk like its all a cake walk.
