Pros

Lots of freedom on what you work on, lots of skills easily learnt as you have access to so much. Great people and teams. Good benefits. Learnt more working here in 3 years than my entire career

Cons

As its an agile environment its so fast paced so you have to be quite strong willed to keep pushing yourself as it can be very exhausting

Thanks for the feedback. Great to hear that our culture is challenging but hopefully not too exhausting. We are working hard on the comms element. As we've grown so much in the last few years, it's key that we keep focused on this and we don't always get it right - but it's top of mind right now with a number of initiatives around this. Thanks again for the feedback. Hamish

Pros

Intelliflo has a friendly and supportive work culture. The colleagues are helpful, approachable, making it a great environment for learning and collaboration. The company also offers flexibility, which helps maintain a good work-life balance and allows employees to manage their responsibilities effectively.

Cons

As a growing organization, there is always room for improvement in processes and career development opportunities. More structured training and growth plans could further enhance the employee experience.

Pros

Merit is optional; favoritism is rewarded.

Cons

It was disturbing to see an Engineering Manager return from maternity leave and be forced into a developer role, raising serious concerns about how employees returning from parental leave are treated. The culture appears to be driven by employee favoritism and office politics. Promotions and career opportunities seem to be reserved for managers’ favorite employees, while merit and performance take a back seat.
