      There's a lot better out there

      Pros

      - Some of the tech can be fun to work with. - Benefits are good, pension, healthcare etc.

      Cons

      - Poor decision making from senior leadership by taking on clients & projects that delivery teams can't possibly handle in the timelimes given. Many people are demoralised, burnt out and having to work overtime. Staff are rarely acknowledged for the effort they put in. - No ownership across the board and many people seem unwilling to help. - We've had a few employee surveys, they're discussed shortly in a monthly call but nothing really seems to change. - Poor developer experience, even the smallest of changes take a lot of effort to deliver. There are things in the works to improve this apparently.

      Collaborative culture across the business from the top down. Employees and customers alike are actively encouraged to suggest improvements and provide feedback. Open API culture sets Intelliflo apart from the competition. Marketing leading technology enabling products and services help Financial Advisers improve their business efficiency. Great firm to work for and with.

      Cons

      Traffic to and from Kingston at rush hour can be a challenge but there are plenty of public transport options.

      Pros

      Great people, awesome location, great focus on product and technology with an ever increasing shift to customer success. Leadership team specifically in technology is forward thinking and continuously comes up with new innovation that makes everyone re-think.

      Cons

      Not many and being really picky, meeting rooms are hard to get hold of, social agenda is ok and could be improved.
