      Pros

      - Great team atmosphere. - Get to work on projects using cutting-edge tech - good cooperation between teams, particulary dev/ops - Leadership team are always approachable and suggestions are considered and encouraged, particularly by the CTO - continuous delivery strategy is working - good benefits package

      Cons

      - communication from management could be improved - sometimes tech decisions seem to be based on what's best for the arch team rather than everyone as a whole

      Pros

      The work-life balance is genuinely good. I have been fortunate to work with some great teammates and colleagues who are supportive and easy to work with. Cab facility available

      Cons

      - No career growth scope. - Promotion and hike decisions are not always transparent, which creates a feeling of favoritism. There have been instances where employees with more responsibilities and experience were overlooked for growth opportunities, while others with less were recognized for promotion. - There have been cases where employees returning from extended leave were considered for a step down in role so that the person who took over their position during the leave period would not be affected - The new office space feels smaller than expected, with no dedicated seating and limited parking. On days when employees are encouraged to come in for events or leadership visits, finding space can be a challenge. - Some teams also feel that their contributions are not consistently visible to or recognized by Kochi leadership, which impacts morale and engagement.
