Decent, lower health insurance Aesthetically pleasing No manual labor, only mental Not much micromanaging Straight forward Actually a good company with a good reputation as far as them delivering subro wise.

Cons

Sit down all day Pay is lower than it should be for job duties Culture has changed Policy book has changed often Not very good incentives A lot is unclear as far as who/when/what Some departments are hourly, some are salary based — but both “graded” on the same scale.. which means 3% raises yearly for hourly/salary.. hourly thats only 0.60 - 50 extra whole dollars on your check (insult) Not much room for growth opportunities
