or a company that has been around over two decades it has a very hard time of deciding the direction it wants to take. Each month the process their staff is supposed to follow is changed, leading to underachieving KPI's. There is no path for promotion, upper management tend to hire friends and family instead of promoting from within. The company hired an individual (who happened to be an acquaintance to current executive) to run the revenue team who had no prior experience and admitted such on multiple occasions. They preach that they are a family, but that is far from the truth. They have burnt out good people and used them to line their pockets with higher bonuses (some that are handed out in envelopes in their attempt to hide the fact) than the staff that puts in the hard work. Do not work here if you want to avoid office politics.
