6yBRG senior leadership is passionate about receiving and giving feedback that continually improves our work culture, so this post provides the company with valuable insight. We are proud that many of our employees have had a long tenure, leading to promotions with the company. We are continually working on improving our leaders by providing training and professional development opportunities.BRG also offers a generous PTO benefit, with new employees being eligible for up to 120 hours of PTO without a waiting period and up to 10 paid holidays. On occasion, senior management has chosen to close early on holidays, though this should not be an expected practice. We invite employees to utilize their benefits should they desire extra time during a special celebration. Many thanks to our hard and dedicated staff who work to ensure our clients are receiving incredible customer service.
