- I don’t think this is a con, but some may. Benefit Recovery operates with goals in mind - on the company level all the way down to the employee level. Every employee’s goals are alligned with the company’s goals, and employees are expected to meet those goals. When goals are met, employees are rewarded. If an employee doesn’t meet their goal, they have to work on an improvement plan to help them meet their goals the following month. I actually Like this because it helps us each know the important part we play in the company’s success.
- Another thing that some may consider to be a con might be that the employees are competitive. They work hard to stand out above their peers. I don’t consider this a con because nobody seems to be “cut-throat”. The competition is always friendly. Ultimately everyone is just working hard to achieve their goals and the company’s goals.
