Pros

I have been with the company for several months now, and I can honestly say this is the most welcoming team environment I have ever worked in. The interview process was very quick, with no unnecessary hurdles to hump through as so many companies seem to have these days. I was contacted within a couple of days of applying, and from there had two interviews with my now manager - one by telephone and then by video. The offer came a couple of days after. Very quick and clear process. The company is growing quickly, but it maintains its close knit feel, with each department working together toward the common goal of assisting our clients.

Cons

None come to mind at this time.

Pros

The interview process for BRG great. I had one short phone call with HR, a 30 minute phone interview with my (now) manager, and a 30 minute video interview with the team I am now working with. I was asked specific questions about my employment history and gave examples of how I tackled various situations in the past. The company, the position, and expectations for the employees was clearly defined. I was able to ask questions and I had a good understanding of the position before I started. I also appreciated that my manager called me to offer the position before sending the offer letter. I was not pressured to make a decision at that moment, but I thought the personal touch was nice. During my few days/weeks, I did hands-on training with my team, but I also shadowed people in other departments. It was very beneficial because it has helped me understand the flow of the company and see how my role fits into the larger picture. Management is terrific. They genuinely care about their employees and want to see them succeed. I have found everyone I have worked with to be nice and helpful. This business sector is new to me, and I have felt supported as I learn and navigate something new. The company is a team-environment. By helping one another succeed, everyone benefits. My position is remote, but I do not find that to be a disadvantage. By utilizing software with messaging, screen-sharing and conference calls, I am just as productive here as I would be in a physical office environment. I feel appreciated every day I am at work, which is something you do not find at every company.

Cons

I haven't worked here long enough to find anything to share in the "cons" category. No company is perfect, but I do not have any complaints at this time. I personally like working remote, but perhaps this environment might not be best for everyone. I am unsure if future positions local to Memphis will be posted as in-person or remote, but that is something to consider if you are an applicant.

Pros

100% remote! Management is upbeat and encouraging and the training is great and with a lot of support afterwards.
