Pros

I think, like many places, your experience at the work place can vary based on who is in charge of you and which department you work in. I’ve worked under more than one manager in my time here and have enjoyed them, along with my team lead. They’ve always been open and willing to answer any questions, help, or hear concerns. I also enjoy being around the coworkers I have in the office. It’s easy to find people that you can get along with here. There are also a lot of really knowledgeable people here who can be helpful when you need them. In my experience, I have not felt micromanaged in my department. My lead knows that we will get our job done, and that makes a huge difference. I don’t feel pressured or expected to bring any work home which is refreshing. I appreciate that HR is very personable and they like doing things for us on Fridays (popcorn, yogurt bar, etc). Everyone here is very approachable.

Cons

These are the cons that I can think of. Although “cons”, none of these have made me unhappy in my job. I’ve been really happy working here, and I actually enjoy coming to work everyday. 1. Our insurance is fairly expensive. It makes prescriptions fairly cheap (compared to my past insurances), but we don’t have coverage at Baptist facilities which is just my preference. 2. With the office being located on one of the busiest streets, the 8-5 schedule can really set you back when it comes to getting home. It can take 10-15 minutes just to get out of the parking lot. Not a fault of Intellivo’s, but closing the office about 15 minutes earlier could make a huge difference. 3. I’m not necessarily unhappy with my gross pay, but I do think compensation could be raised for all departments. 4.You have to use PTO if you want to have Christmas Eve and/or New Year’s Eve off.

Pros

there were no pros to this job. They do not believe in working from home and the company was completely racist

Cons

the company showed favoritism to white people and only wanted to forward the careers of white people. I overheard other coworkers talk about "monkeys in the office"
