Pros

Management knows what they're doing. They don't get in your way. You're given every bit of tech and every advantage you need to succeed. The culture is excellent. I'm more accustomed to jobs where you get scapegoated, stabbed in the back and lied to by the same people who are managing you. This is not that place. A breath of fresh air for me.

Cons

There's a lot of work to do. I don't consider that a bad thing at all, but this website won't let me post without adding at least one "Con." If you think a lot of work is a bad thing, then this job isn't for you.

Accessible and visionary leadership, high but realistic expectations, a culture of mutual support and encouragement, the lack of silos (we're in it to win it ... together), and people all rowing in the same direction. Truly a great environment to work! As Director of Performance, I have an absolutely amazing team!

Cons

It's reality and not a "con" - we're growing in leaps and bounds and that means growing pains in how we think and operate. We're truly going from good to great!
