Pros

Restroom is functional and check clears.

Cons

The place is swimming in OSHA fines caused by hiring practices. Seeks out criminals and illegals and provides little training. Drinking water is not suitable for drinking it is ran thru the machines and cleaned on location eats pin holes in galvanized pipes.

Pros

nothing I can think of

Cons

Work hours are extremely long, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance is challenging. Expectations and deadlines are often inconsistent and unrealistic. Breaks are short, schedules lack flexibility, and even minor lateness to virtual check-ins is treated very seriously. Training is limited, instructions are frequently unclear, and feedback tends to focus more on criticism than on guidance or development. Although the position is classified as non-exempt, overtime compensation is not consistently provided. Working beyond scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, is treated as standard practice, and additional time is generally not compensated. Management style is another significant concern. There is a strong emphasis on micromanagement, and communication often feels discouraging rather than supportive. Questions are not always welcomed, which can make it difficult for employees to seek clarification and learn from mistakes. This approach can negatively affect confidence and overall job satisfaction over time. The workplace culture also feels restrictive at times. Casual, non-work conversations during breaks are discouraged, contributing to a tense environment and limiting opportunities for team rapport.
