Micromanagement, chaotic, archaic systems, I made double what employee in same position made that had been there 10 years. Stay away from business development team at all costs.

Christmas is scheduled to be down for annual shutdown. You should use all your vacation so that you would be able to be off during shutdown time and don’t need to use your personal vacation. Also, you could laugh to those colleagues that need to work at Christmas.

Cons

Forgot to use all my vacation so I need to use my vacation to take off on two days of annual shutdown. However, I feel sooo good when I see those people are forced to work at shutdown, can’t wait to see their face after seeing that work all week next week. HAHAHAHA Thank you management
