Pros
The people are nice and it is a nice building. 1 hour lunch is wonderful.
Cons
Bear in mind, this criticism is only toward the Shipping and Customer Service side of Inteplast. I cannot comment on other work areas. The biggest con I can say, is their training method for new employees. Think of it like hiring a Driving Instructor whose job is to teach you how to drive a car, that is you did the theory part already, you had the classroom instruction, you are now ready for the actual act of driving. However every lesson is a power point presentation or a lecture on the history of the car, the features of the car, how the car is manufactured, where the automobile industry will be in 10 years etc... BUT at no point during the Driver Instructor's lessons where you ever allowed to drive the car. That is your lessons on how to drive a car was completely theory based, at no point did you ever touch the wheel, at no point did your foot ever hit the gas pedal. Oh and by the way your first actual day of driving will be a week from now, and we are going to start you on a 4 lane highway in the middle of the afternoon rush hour. Now if you don't mind that type of training, then I think the company would be a good fit. Otherwise I strongly recommend people to look elsewhere. Those first few weeks, months etc... are so important to a new employee and if you can't get the right start from the beginning, you are just setting up the employee for failure.
