Pros

Challenging and motivating work (usually), good pay and benefits, feels like a family

Cons

Politics and bureaucracy can be oppressive, top leadership very self-serving, if your supervisor doesn't have your back you will be squashed, unequal treatment for employees, not favorable to women, can be a dysfunctional family

Depends if you have staff or contract position.

Pros

Good pay and work-life balance (except for when traveling), friendly Latin American environment, ability to work on large high-impact projects.

Cons

Career opportunities depend entirely upon division manager. Some have great managers and others have, not so great managers. As a large bureacracy, the incentives are not always aligned for team performance, focus on the individual. Not well aligned for mobility between divisions.
