Pros

Diverse and international work environment: different cultural aspects and languages that can enrich your daily work. The pro of working for international development in a very diverse continent with many facets and different political and economic environments.

Cons

As every international organization there is huge bureaucracy and slow processes involved in every project and activity. Patience and personal relationship will help you best manage these circumstances. It is not the private sector.
